Focused Mode vs Power Mode

DreamPlan offers two interface modes so you can work the way that suits you best.

  • Focused Mode presents a simplified interface with the most commonly used features front and centre. It is ideal if you are new to the platform or prefer a clean, distraction-free workspace.
  • Power Mode unlocks the full feature set, including advanced analytics, bulk actions, and deeper CRM controls. Switch to Power Mode when you are ready to take full advantage of everything the portal offers.

You can switch between modes at any time from your account settings. Your data stays the same regardless of which mode you use.

Tip: Start with Focused Mode while you learn the platform, then switch to Power Mode once you are comfortable with the core workflows.

Tip: Complete your profile fully before your first enquiry arrives. A complete profile with gallery images builds trust and increases your chances of being shortlisted.

Tip: Set up at least one message template and enable auto-reply so new enquiries receive an instant acknowledgement, even when you are away.

FAQ

Do I need to pay to use the vendor portal? DreamPlan offers a Free tier that covers core features. A Pro subscription unlocks Stripe Connect for payment collection, advanced analytics, and priority support.

What vendor categories does DreamPlan support? The platform currently supports photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, DJ/band, venue, cake, decor, and planner.

Can I use the portal on my phone? Yes. The vendor portal is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. All touch targets meet the recommended 44px minimum size.

How do I switch between Focused Mode and Power Mode? Open your account settings and toggle the mode selector. The change takes effect immediately and you can switch back at any time.

Is my data shared with other vendors? No. Your business data, conversations, and client information are private to your account. Guest data is only visible when a planner explicitly grants you permission.
